An open Group 3 to kick off Derby Day and it could pay to side with Ralph Beckett's returning SKELLET who kept the highest company for much of 2024 before ending with victory in a Sandown listed contest and appeals as the sort to kick on this season. Royal Dress posted a good third in this contest 12 months ago and teed herself up for another prominent showing when third in York's Middleton Stakes so heads the list of dangers. Spiritual, Sparks Fly, Sirona and Sunfall all command respect too.
